We accept returns and exchanges and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We will be happy to help you in any way through email or phone.
Our return policy is for 14 days after you receive your purchase. Within 14 days, email us using the form above to receive information on how to make a return. We offer exchange, store credit or a refund. To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unworn, with tags attached, and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Intimate apparel (panties, tights, etc.), jewelry, sunglasses, accessories, and clearance cannot be returned.
You are responsible for shipping your returned items back to us. If your item is damaged, contact us by email or phone. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping fees for your original order are non-refundable and cannot be credited back to you. If you receive a store credit, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your store credit.
